Gold’s Gym is a health club organization that provides state-of-the-art equipment and knowledgeable personnel to assist its members in the achievement of their health and fitness goals. Gold’s Gym embodies a culture of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, functional training and group exercise programming. These disciplines are brought together in a well thought out workout environment that is affordable for everyone. We have been building and operating health clubs for over 35 years.
