The Gold's Gym India app allows you to book a workout session, purchase gym packages, track your attendance by checking the number of sessions utilised, the amount of calories burned, check which session are available, renew your membership, earn loyalty points, analyse your fitness data, undertake fitness challenges, refer friends and get fitness advice.Gold's Gym India app uses the Apple Health Kit to track the step counts of the users that they had been gone through, so users can allow permission in the app and checkout their step counts in the app .Gold's Gym India app users can check their respective notifications by tapping on the bell icon present at top right corner on home screen.
