Healthy Lifestyle is a real personalised guide to attaining a healthy lifestyle. Living in a healthy way also means preventing illnesses that typically arise from bad eating habits or disinclination to doing physical activity.
With Healthy Lifestyle you can monitor your lifestyle by:
1.Access to a personalised Diary based on healthy lifestyle objectives
2.Eaten Calories – monitors your daily nutrition by inputting the food eaten over the course of the day in order to understand the total calories ingested compared to the appropriate amount;
3.Burnt Calories – enables you to monitor your daily physical activity compared to that needed;

The diary, one of the application’s most important pages, is intended to show the reports (daily by default) of your activities: BMR, diet, physical activity. Its main aim is to provide a quick and immediate overview of your lifestyle compared to your set goals.

A healthy lifestyle depends on proper nutrition. With Healthy Lifestyle you can monitor your daily meals, with a standardised database of foods available but also enabling you to add a personalised plan.
BURNT CALORIES
A healthy lifestyle necessarily means physical activity. Healthy Lifestyle’s pedometer will therefore become your best friend: you can add the steps or exercises done in a day to your profile and monitor your progress compared to your healthy lifestyle objectives. Remember… 10,000 steps are the equivalent of half an hour of aerobic activity.
DRUNK WATER
Drinking water cleanses the body. Drink at least 1.5 – 2 litres a day!
Healthy Lifestyle will help you to monitor your daily intake of water, thereby enabling you to check the amount of water consumed throughout the day compared to the objective to be met.
