More than 140 Extreme and Advanced workouts with UNIQUE features for beginner and pro bodybuilders , The GYMer app enables you to filter down the content of the current muscle group , view muscle highlights of workout videos and also , videos with common GYM and Beginner mistakes.


Filtering Muscle
You can filter down muscle into smaller groups , for example Chest to - Lower Chest, Middle Chest, Upper Chest - this way you can choose workout that mostly fits your needs.

Big muscle groups consist of smaller ones , so you might need to specifically workout more hard on one part of the muscle to gain more size , for example triceps contains Long head , working out on this part will make your triceps look bigger and prettier so Filtering down the muscles will enable you to choose the workout which satisfies your demands. You can filter down by one or many options.


MUSCLE HIGHLIGHTS
In workout videos , you can view what muscle groups are involved in exercise, the current muscle groups are highlighted in red , some of the muscles are highlighted sharply to indicate that that current muscle part is working more than the other ones which are highlighted , by this you can have better understanding of current exercise and also muscle anatomy.

COMMON MISTAKES
The videos which show common mistakes done in gym , to avoid trauma and workout safety, lot of popular and base exercises are dangerous if they are executed wrong way, Bench press might cause trauma in shoulders because of bad start our execution position.

The app shows you the common mistakes to avoid , working out right is safer , also you won’t see results if you are not working out properly.
