• Your overall daily state (calm, productive, tense, or overactive)
• Continuous heart rate tracking, including resting heart rate
• Sleep insights for both night sleep and short naps, including sleep quality trends and number of awakenings
• Steps taken and distance traveled

All data is presented in a clear and simple way to help you better understand your daily routines.

Smart Alarm Options
Customize your wake-up experience with two smart alarm modes:

Apple Health Integration
HEALBE integrates with Apple Health to securely sync selected data, including calorie estimates, heart rate, steps, and sleep information.
