The motivation to improve your health has to come from the inside, but it doesn’t hurt to get a nice reward every once in a while for your effort! These rewards, provided by Tennessee State Parks, are a little bonus for getting outside and active.

Because of this, Tennessee State Parks is providing real rewards to help motivate you to take your next step, bike one more mile, or paddle one more lap.

Once you’ve purchased your first reward, head to any Tennessee State Park to redeem it. It’s that easy!
