Do you work in an office, spending long periods sat at your desk using your computer. For millions of us around the world this how we spend our time at work every week. This over a period of time, especially if you have been concentrating on something for a long period without taking a break can become very uncomfortable.

HealthyWorking contains a host of easy to complete exercises so that if you start to feel stiff or uncomfortable at your desk you can find a stretch that will help you loosen up and refocus so that you can continue with your work re-energized. We’ve divided the stretches up by parts of the body so that you can target a specific area or work out a routine to occasionally stretch all the muscles in your body and feel completely refreshed.

The app also includes some practical tips for setting up your computer and desk so that you can minimize your exposure to bad posture whilst you work which can lead to stiffness, discomfort and fatigue more quickly and can increase levels of discomfort.
