Quoi de neuf dans la dernière version ?
This release upgrades the entire workout-prep experience:
• New Apple Watch complications for daily Recovery — circular, corner, and rectangular (Smart Stack) — see your readiness at a glance before training.
• Automatic background updates: wear your Watch overnight, take it off in the morning, and iFit silently computes your daily recovery score and pushes it to the watch face. No need to open the
app.
• Recovery algorithm overhaul: 28-day baseline window, on-device morning RHR computation, z-score evaluation, and RHR/HRV dual-metric voting — no more "always reading high" false alarms.
• Recovery history & trend page: 30-day score line chart, RHR/HRV vs personal baseline, expandable per-day diagnostics, and subjective effort logging.
• Redesigned Watch quick-record screen for serious lifters: per-set reps and weight (10/9/8/7 reps × 100/100/95/90 kg), supporting drop sets, pyramid sets, and failure sets — the real shapes of
strength training. Adjust with Digital Crown or ± buttons.
• Fix: "Repeat Training" on the Watch now preserves the full per-set breakdown.
— Your data stays on your device.
