Quoi de neuf dans la dernière version ?
This update improves workout logging, exercise analysis, and data safety:
• Added an Exercises page with goals, PRs, equipment/gym contexts, and next-workout suggestions.
• Upgraded Analysis into Overview, Exercises, Muscles, and History sections for volume, E1RM, PR, and muscle-load tracking.
• Project goals can now be tailored by gym and equipment, so quick logging and workout screens can suggest more relevant next targets.
• Added optional WebDAV backup and restore for uploading an on-device Documents snapshot to your own NAS / WebDAV directory.
• Refined project management, record editing, protected default dictionaries, localization, and Apple Watch sync details.
Your data still stays on your device by default. WebDAV backup is used only after you configure and enable it.
