This update adds support for assessing the user’s “daily body status” using health data collected by Apple Watch and synced to Apple Health. The Health data is used only within this app for analysis and in-app display, and is not shared with any third parties. It is not used for advertising or marketing. The app reads Health data only after the user explicitly grants permission, and access can be revoked at any time in the iPhone Health app or in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.
