Founded by world-renowned yoga instructors Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom, all of our classes and programs are built and designed to exercise and strengthen your 6 human dimensions: body, energy, mind, heart, awareness and soul.

ALL LEVELS WELCOME

Inner Dimension is for all types of yogis! If you’re totally new to yoga and want to start with the basics, the “Yoga for Beginners” program might be a great place to start. If you want to jump right in to more active flows, feel free to start with any class. We’ve heard from many users that progressing from the 10-day “Journey To Yoga” program to the 30-day “Yoga 30 for 30,” then to the more advanced “Level Up 108” series is a great way to progress and feel a sense of accomplishment. Of course, make sure to supplement with other styles such as gentle, yin, meditation, etc. along the way!

We offer classes with and without music. Special programs and meditations typically contain original music to complement the practices, while the standalone classes do not. Our most recent classes also give you an option to play with or without music. So regardless of whether you prefer music with your practice or not, you’ll always be able to find a class that meets your unique needs.
