The HealthChain app allows for the aggregation of an individual’s health data and also gives the individual the option of selectively sharing such data. It is an app built using Apple Inc.'s APIs for Apple Health, HealthKit, or CareKit.

According to Apple’s HealthKit framework, the iPhone as well as other wearables and smart devices already do or can be enabled to collect and provide data to the Apple Health app. IOTIED’s HealthChain app then quantifies such data and creates a simplified version of it for the user.

The HealthChain app permits users to collect some or all their health data from such wearable devices and to create data sharing options including controlling the type of data to be shared, the quantity of data to be shared, who to share it with, and the frequency with which the data is to be shared. The user can also turn off sharing the data altogether, or resume sharing the data at some future time. Accordingly, users can collect their own health data, collate the data in any manner that they want, and share selective data with third parties of their choosing such as doctors, hospitals, caregivers, labs, pharmacists, health insurance, life insurance, and others.

IOTIED does not collect and store any data from individuals who use the HealthChain app. All data always remains the exclusive property of the user. In other words, IOTIED’s HealthChain App is only a means whereby users control the inflow and outflow of their own health data as well as a repository where an individual’s personal health data is stored. And since the health data is aggregated and stored in a permissive blockchain environment, it is very difficult if not impossible, for even IOTIED to access such personal health data.

Aggregate your health data :

View health records on your iPhone or iPod touch
Open the Health app and tap the Summary tab.
Tap your profile picture in the upper-right corner.
Under Accounts, tap Health Records, then tap Get Started. ...
Search for your hospital or network, then tap it.
Under Available To Connect, choose an option.
Sign in to your healthcare provider's website or app.
Provide permission to Healthchain to get data from Apple health records.
In the devices tab, you will be able to see all your hospital list and their data.


Now released telemedicine function. Use the menu in Home Screen to access this functionality.
Also added Oxygen saturation on the Home Screen.
Data from Apple Watch ECG is now available and ready to view on Home Screen.
Other bug fixes and performance issues resolved.
