That's too much - you need to take breaks in between! Iris: 20-20-20 can help remedy your problem. This app helps you follow the 20-20-20 rule.

Iris allows your eyes to rest and keep eye tissue flexible. The app is super simple to use. Just turn on the switch, and follow the prompts.

This app will remind you to take a break every 20 minutes. At the 20 minute mark, you open the app and tap on the timer to start the 20 second countdown. You then look at something that's at least 20 feet away while holding your device. When the 20 seconds are up, the app will vibrate to let you know that the break is over, and the 20 minute timer restarts itself. Rinse and repeat throughout the day - your eyes will thank you!
