Our team of professional therapists uses an evidence-based, skills-focused approach that is personalized for each individual client. In between live sessions, our therapists provide a range of skills and exercises through our app, allowing you to continue to grow and create change on your own time.

OUR APPROACH

At Joon, we take what science tells us about how to manage stress, increase resilience and improve mental health. We use a scientifically-validated assessment process and a clinical interview to understand what you are experiencing. Then, we develop a unique treatment plan and pair you with a therapist who can relate to you. Weekly meetings are supplemented by our app, where you can check-in and practice skills assigned by your therapist.


WHAT IS TELETHERAPY?

Teletherapy is live therapy through a video connection on our platform. You receive the same live, face-to-face interaction and treatment from your therapist as you would in person, it's just done through a phone or laptop and completely secure.

DOES IT MATTER WHERE I LIVE?

Joon is currently available in California, Idaho, Oregon, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Washington. One of the benefits of teletherapy is that it doesn't matter where in the state you live. If you live outside of our current states, please let us know where you'd like to see Joon next.

IS JOON RIGHT FOR ME?

Joon is an ideal choice for families with busy schedules, as it eliminates the need for driving to/from a clinician's office. For many adolescents and young adults familiar with accessing a wide range of services on their phones or other devices and unfamiliar with talking in-person with an unknown adult, teletherapy may provide a more accessible and comfortable way to initiate mental health care.
