KangarooHealth is an intelligent virtual care program that connects you to your doctors, helps you achieve your health goals through virtual health coaching, and keeps your conditions under control. It is developed by scientists and physicians from Johns Hopkins Medicine, Kaiser Permanente, and Palo Alto Medical Foundation.

The app enables your doctor to remotely monitor your health status daily and helps detect your health risks early. When important care moments are identified, your doctors are notified remotely for early care intervention.

The app matches you with a dedicated health coach remotely. Your health coach designs a personalized care plan for your health goals. Through regular sessions with your coach, you are supported every step of the way to make positive changes towards a better you.


VIRTUAL HEALTH COACHING

Through regular check-ins with your health coach, you are supported every step of your way. Your personal health plan is tailored to your schedule to help you build and establish new health-centered routines easily.


REMOTE HEALTH MONITORING

Daily health check-in helps keep track of your vital signs and symptoms. This enables better care for you by empowering your doctors with comprehensive health history. By connecting with your Apple Health App, your activity levels are automatically included in your daily health risk assessment.


EARLY HEALTH RISK DETECTION

Detect health risks early and provide real-time notifications to your doctors remotely, enabling your doctors to discover warning signs and intervene early.
