The KH Well app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Kaya Health. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a Kaya Health patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your provider. Communicate with Kaya Health in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages. This app is integrated with Apple Health. Choose to share your weight, steps and other parameters directly with this app.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for Kaya Health patients and you can't use the app unless you're a patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Kaya Health uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
