The Life x Mind® app (LXM) is a science-based, simple, easy, but comprehensive way to help measure and manage how you feel, think, and behave. Your Mind is the prism through which you see and do Life. Keep improving it!

LXM is dual use, self-improvement and clinical.

Individuals can use LXM at home for self-improvement, to help them optimize their lives, and live happier, more hopeful, and more meaningful lives.

LXM can also be used by doctors with their patients, and by therapists with their clients, to help with diagnosis and clinical management. For example, patients can generate data curves for how they feel. These curves can help doctors make a more accurate diagnosis: depression vs. bipolar, generalized anxiety disorder vs. panic attacks, acute stress reactions vs. chronic PTSD, etc. You can subsequently measure improvements in response to treatment.

Having the app gives you Membership to MindX Sciences, with the ability to order other MindX Sciences products. The price is just $25 per year.

Confidentiality — MindX does not passively collect information from the app, it all stays secure on the person’s phone. The user may choose to share the information with others or with MindX.

Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account if the subscription is not ended. There is a $25 yearly subscription fee. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase.
