Hello! I'm Lexi, personal trainer and founder of Little Lifting Lex. I gained my qualifications as a NASM certified personal trainer in 2019 and hit the ground running creating programs with one goal in mind - to enable women to feel confident in and out of the gym, and to ultimately find the right balance between structure and living their best life day to day. Creating a space for women to connect has also become a cornerstone of my business and continues to push my outreach and development.
