Livez makes it easier to stay on top of preventive care.
Offered through participating employers and health plans, Livez helps eligible members understand which preventive health screenings are relevant to them based on official health authorities guidelines and the profile information they choose to provide, such as age, sex, family history, and basic health history.
With Livez, you can:
- Learn about preventive screenings, checkups, and wellness actions that may be relevant to you
- Get educational guidance based on recognized public health recommendations
- Stay organized with reminders and follow-through support
- Book appointments with qualified in-network providers
Livez is designed to support awareness, education, and care navigation. When the app highlights a preventive screening or wellness action, it is presenting guideline-based information intended to help you take the next step in your care, often by connecting you with a licensed provider.
Guidance in Livez is informed by recognized public health and medical sources, including the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the American Cancer Society, and the American Heart Association.
Important: Livez is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment advice. Livez does not diagnose, detect, or treat medical conditions, and it does not replace a doctor's judgment. Always seek a doctor's advice in addition to using this app and before making any medical decisions. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. For mental health crises in the U.S., call or text 988.
