Awareness, Courage, and Love Global Project has created Living ACL (Awareness, Courage and Love) to share some powerful tools to help nurture you in becoming your best self! We provide a rich variety of ACL experiences in the app, and also help folks practice ACL in their own unique lives.

Creating a safe place where you can explore and try different things is one our most sacred goals. We created this app in ways that are different from many – if not most – apps.
There are no in-app purchases or hidden fees! We operate on a voluntary donation basis and we charge a small fee to download the app to deter bots. It is only one of the steps we are taking to protect people and their experience in the app. *Please contact us directly if the fee is an obstacle*)

This app is not linked to social media of any kind.

A bit about ACL and who we are:
In January of 2015, Co-creator of Functional Analytic Psychotherapy, Dr. Mavis Tsai launched the Live with Awareness, Courage and Love meetup group in Seattle, Washington. The goal was simple: To respond to and begin healing the world-wide loneliness epidemic by bringing people together and teaching- via real experiences- how to connect more fully with self and others. The movement has expanded to over 66 groups around the globe led by trained ACL Chapter Leaders and in 2018 became a Washington State nonprofit, Awareness, Courage and Love Global Project.
Two vital pieces of feedback we heard from participants repeatedly were:

This is a beautiful & safe space to explore the important aspects of life and being..but how can I create that outside into my real life.
In response, we have created the Living ACL App!
Here, you can experience ACL wherever and whenever you want.
