You can book virtual consultation online as well as offline with specialist and subspecialist doctors of your choice using your smart phone or personal PC from any where through our hotline 7755, web app or mobile app. You may prefer to get consultation through healthcare facilities in any part of Ethiopia in your neighborhood who are partnering with us through Liyana care platform.
Our doctors conduct video or text consultation as needed, securely document your medical record on the EMR of the platform, order laboratory and imaging work up and order medication through electronic prescription as necessary .
We strive to minimize your risk of exposure to other hospital acquired infections, save your time spent staying at hospitals, personalize and improve the quality of your medical care and save a significant cost while maximizing your comfort. Our doctors at different level of qualification are in your reach 24/7 including weekends and holidays.
Whenever physical visit is mandatory, our mobile medical team of doctors and nurses will come to your home and office and offer the necessary care setting up your personal temporary ‘Hospital’ @ home. We provide you scheduled as well as continuous home-based care whenever need arises.
We partner with ambulance service providers, wellness centers, laboratory and imaging diagnostic centers, Hospitals and rehabilitation centers in your vicinity taking account of your entire health issue.

How it works:

2. Create your personal account
3. Book medical consultation by online or offline by calling 7755
4. Get an appointment with your Doctor. You receive SMS or email notification before your scheduled consultation.
5. Your doctor will call you for video consultation,
6. Liyana will schedule your laboratory, ultrasound, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, endoscopy etc work up at your nearby partner facility or you can have the work up at your facility of choice.
7. You and your doctor will get notification when investigation results are ready and uploaded by the institutions on your Liyana care platform account.
8. Your attending Doctor will call you back, discuss the findings and decide on what to do next. Could be advice only, prescription referral for procedures, follow up etc depending on your condition.
9. You can schedule follow up visit with your doctor online /offline whenever necessary
