Lyme Symptom Tracker app is designed to empower you to take control of your symptoms and manage Lyme Disease efficiently.

Lyme Symptom Tracker will help you keep track of your Lyme Disease symptoms through the Lyme Disease Diary survey and monitor cognition and activity levels via active tasks. Your step counts are tracked using HealthKit and wearables. You can use the clinical trial finder in the app to find appropriate clinical trials.

You have the option to stop using the app at any time.
