M-Health is one of the most comprehensive apps to assist you staying on track for a healthier lifestyle. The app allows you to conveniently monitor progression of essential Body Compositions, such as BMI (Body Mass Index), Body Fat, Body Water, Bone Mass, Subcutaneous Fat, VisceralFat, BMR (Basal Metabolism Rate) and more, providing analysis in trending graphs and charts that are easy to understand. Best of all with the cloud-based database, you can share your progress with your trainer,
family and friends at all time. You can never lose your in-progress data, which making long term commitment to healthier lifestyle something more engaging.

Privacy and Data Synchronization:
1. During first time login, you will be asked whether you want to synchro-nize your body measurement data with Apple Health Kit and/or Fitbit Account. You can authorize those accounts to collect information from M-Fitness from therein. If you changed your mind afterwards, you can also deauthorize those apps to stop reading data from M-Health.
2. In the process of using this product, according to the principle of BIA(bioelectrical inpedence analysis), collection of body fat rate/muscle volume/metabolism and other measurement
parameters will be obtained through complex formulas, calculating from user’s height/gender/age/weight data. Therefore, when you registered with the M-Health app, your
birthday, height, gender and other body related data you submitted will be
applied to the calculation of body fat rate/muscle volume/metabolic rate, etc. We ensure that it will not be used for other purposes and always assure that the information required is minimized.
