This fun mushroom forest themed app provides you with the tools to log and graph the progression of your symptoms from the comfort of your own home. This health utility is designed to help you track the manifestation of your symptoms and keep them in an easy to read format, allowing you to easily show your doctor what you've been experiencing.

Manifestation Tracker allows you to:
- Enter as many custom symptoms as you are experiencing
- Log the days that you experience each symptom and their corresponding intensity
- View graphs that show how intensities for each symptom change over time
- Access printable resources with useful information you may want for a hospital/emergency room trip
- Receive daily rewards in the form of in-game currency for entering new symptoms
- Use in-game currency to unlock new forest-themed stickers and backgrounds.
- Customize your forest with the stickers and backgrounds you unlock
- Share your graphs or forest with friends and family
