This application of Marvellousness is about you, all of you; mentally, physically, emotionally and your spirit. For you to get to know yourself more than ever before. It is a series of daily habits that you can adjust and weave into your own individual lifestyle. This is an "anti-app" application with no annoying alarms to tell you what to do because your body already naturally has those in place. You just need to observe yourself and this application of Marvellousness will help you with that.

It's simple, not always easy, but simple. At the end of each day go through the Guide and see if you managed to fit in the habits of Marvellousness. You could focus on one habit at a time until it becomes an unconscious habit, or have a go at all of them at once. The idea is not about perfection, but being a "jack-of-all-trades" and a master of your own life.

There are challenges to extend yourself. These challenges are not a competition with others, but with yourself, because in life there is only you to compete with. There is a social page for discussion to share and discuss your own progress or challenges. We can help each other by sharing experiences and the love.

Imagine a world where everyone likes themselves...this starts with you and trusting you. "When the oxygen mask falls from the ceiling, fit yourself first before helping others", because you are of no good to any one lying unconscious in the way. Let Marvellousness help you be your best.

The simplest solution is often the best, no one thing is going to save you, there is no one right way of doing anything, and if you believe it, it's true. These habits of Marvellousness will draw out the power that you already have within, that everyone has within but are often afraid to access.

This application is a journey not a destination and I look forward to your input to make it simply marvellous.
