Care Portal
- Selecting a patient now navigates directly to the Recent Blood Pressure screen, with the patient menu accessible via the back button.
- Added "Recent Blood Pressure" and "Blood Pressure History" as separate menu items. Blood Pressure History opens with Recent BP as the back destination, and the "view all previous readings" button links the two screens.
- Renamed "Insights" to "Medication Adherence Reports" in the patient menu.
- Patient name with last initial now displays consistently across all Care Portal screens.
- Added back buttons on Blood Pressure and Reports screens when accessed from Care Portal.
- Care Portal tab now always resets to the patients list on tap.
- Automatic patient token generation — patients without an existing auth token now have one generated on the fly when a caregiver opens their profile.
- Removed "Remove Patient" button from the patient menu.
- Removed "Add Someone You Care For" floating button from the Care Portal landing screen.

Tab Bar
- Updated tab bar colors with a white separator line.
- Fixed selected tab background border radius consistency across tab switches.
- Adjusted tab bar height with platform-specific safe area handling.
