How it works:
Download the Memento app to your smartphone, create an account by following a few simple steps (note: employer participation required), add your loved one's details and start interacting with your Care Coach via video call and/or in-app messaging.

Your Care Coach will prepare a Care Plan especially designed keeping in mind your's and your loved one's situation. You can also benefit by browsing the relevant learning materials and Memento marketplace for your caregiving needs
