Mind Frame
iOS Universel / Forme et santé
You already record more than you think. How you slept. How much daylight you got. How your heart behaved. And, if you log it, how you felt. It all sits in Apple Health, in separate places. Mind Frame shows it together. It stays in Apple Health, where we can't see it.
A day in Mind Frame is a single dial: your mood entries at the moment you logged them, your sleep, your daylight, your medication, and anything your body did that was unusual for you. A week shows the feelings that came up most and the words you kept reaching for. You can look back at any week before it. Over months, Mind Frame charts your mood against the things that move with it: sleep, movement, heart rate, cycle. It ranks what most often appears alongside how you feel.
Sometimes the pattern is obvious once you see it. Sometimes it isn't. Mind Frame doesn't tell you what to think. It shows you the shape of your days, so you can notice things yourself.
You can log how you feel directly in Mind Frame. Entries save straight to Apple Health, alongside anything you've logged from the Health app, your Apple Watch, or anywhere else.
It might suit you if you find it hard to recognise your own patterns in the moment. If you want to understand how sleep, movement, and stress connect to how you feel. If you're curious about yourself, rather than trying to optimise.
Not sure yet? There's sample data built in, so you can wander around before connecting anything of your own.
