Sabrina started MBF in 2020 with the dream of creating a space where women have a safe space for their health journey. She encourages women to "Get Comfortable Being Uncomfortable" and challenge themselves along their journey. She teaches weight lifting and dance classes at MBF. You will be sure to always get a calorie burning, fun, and entertaining workout with Sabrina. She has completed 75 Hard and the Live Hard program, is always looking for how to give back to her community, and she loves to tell jokes and is always laughing.
