Designed by physical therapists to help you track your shoulder motion keep you motivated. The MnMotion App Lite app utilizes motion sensors in your phone to measure you joint range of motion in common patterns of motion to track your progress over time. These are the same motions physical therapists and other health care providers are interested in to determine you progress in rehabilitation.
Features:
-Measure flexion, abduction and scapular plane motion standing up.
-Measure flexion, internal rotation and external rotation lying down.
-Make the measurement part of your range of motion exercises and keep track of the top three greatest motions you were able to achieve.
-Keep an unlimited number of recordings stored on your phone
-Email your results to your clinician to update your rehabilitation status (CSV files or text emails)

-The app is capable of pairing with the MnMotion Pro clinician app to double the information! Providing simultaneous information of the arm bone (humerus) and shoulder blade (scapula). These are important data for helping your clinician to develop customized rehabilitation programs.
