Whether you’re using the app for your own achievements in social care or using it to follow a close friend or family member/s goals, Moment will allow you to view all achievements associated to that individual as well as all of the entries and progress updates relevant to each one.

Timeline

Upon login, you can select the individual/s who’s progress information you would like to view in the timeline.

The timeline appears in chronological order showing the most recent moment at the top. Each progress entry appears as a snippet on the timeline with or without accompanying media, you can then click through to view all of the associated media and supporting notes.

- Unlimited number of achievements can be set by the social care provider for each individual
- Unlimited number of updates on the journey to achieving each outcome
- Ability to view images and videos associated with progress updates
- Ability to follow the journey of multiple people in social care
