The Moody Month app gives you:
- Daily hormone forecasts based on where you are in your cycle, pregnancy or postpartum.
- Predictions for periods, ovulation and mood and symptom trends.
- Customized forecasts for your week ahead.
- Recommendations on foods to eat and techniques to optimize your hormonal health.
- Programmes to support specific symptoms such as PMS, stress, sleep, bloating and more.
- Simple features for symptom logging and audio and text-based journaling.
- A library of hormonal health articles, movement and mindfulness videos and nutritional tips.
Moody Month also integrates with leading health apps like Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, and Oura. Connect your wearable device to see how your health data corresponds with your menstrual cycle.

Moody Membership
Moody Month offers two auto-renewing subscription options (monthly and annual), as well as a lifetime option:
- The subscription options will automatically renew unless canceled in your Apple Account Settings at least 24 hours before the trial or subscription period ends. You can go to your Apple Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your Apple Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed.
- The Lifetime option is paid for by a one-off upfront payment and gives you unlimited access to the Moody Membership forever.
