Your health is unique and we know it.. but are you as healthy as you think? With MTL Fit you will help you discover more about your health. Based on your data, we will calculate your personalized health score! Tracking your health is very important but it's so hard to keep motivated. With your weekly goals, you will have specific objectives to reach each week! We will also organize awesome challenges for you to join and get a chance to win real rewards!! Your efforts to be healthy need to be rewarded.
What you can expect in the app:
1) Health Score
Health is complex so we make it easy for you with 1 number. Your score is based on worldwide health recommendations. Keep improving your health to become a Mighty Lion.
2) Weekly Goals
Being healthy is a long term goal so it's easy to lose track on a daily basis. Each week, new goals will be calculated for you to keep you on the right track. Your goals are personalized to you so it will always be challenging but achievable.
3) Challenges
Compete with other app users to get rewards! There are 3 divisions to join so you can compete with people similar to you.
4) Data history
You can see all your data in the app and see the trends overtime.
5) Connect your preferred device
Sync your data from Fitbit, Garmin Connect and Apple health (more platforms will be added soon!)
