Multi Stage VO2 max Beep Test

The multi-stage beep test is conducted between two objects that must be 15 m exactly from side to side.
Normally, this test is used to determine your cardiovascular fitness level along with your Vo2 Max (maximum oxygen uptake).
Each run is synchronized with the help of a pre-recorded audio file, which guides the runners through the test while playing beeps at each interval.
Runners are forced to gradually increase their speed as the beeps are played faster for each completed level.
If the runners fail to complete an interval, he or she needs to step aside and is not allowed to continue the test.
