MuscleWay is an application that allows you to visit the gym without a personal trainer. This is a modern and high-quality approach to your health. Here you will find many types of exercises, routines, and programs, including training for mass building, leaning up or toning. All programs and routines are divided by level of fitness, gender and the desired number of workouts per week. Workouts include supersets, circle workouts, and more. Here you will find everything that you need and nothing that might distract you. This application is created by the user and the developer in one.

Health app integration:
MuscleWay integrates with Apple’s Health app to display heart rate on Apple Watch. It can be turned on and off in app settings.
