• Messaging, reimagined — the Chat tab is now a fast, modern messenger. Send direct messages, start group chats, and follow channels, with photos, videos, files, voice notes, emoji, and GIFs. Mute the conversations you don't need.
• A reworked Health tab — your metrics grouped into Fitness, Body Composition, and Lifestyle. Tap any metric to see the band you're in, your next goal and its benefit, your history, and a plain-language longevity explainer with sources. Hand-enter readings or upload a DEXA scan.
