My Exercise Program

My Exercise Program app enables the user (client/patient) to complete the exercise program assigned to them by their practitioner in the ExerciseSoftware.com web application. Information such as exercise completions, sets, repetitions and loads can be logged in the app. This information is made available to both the practitioner and user to track compliance and progress.
