My Mind is an application to support people who have been diagnosed with a mental health condition and help them take control. It includes information about mental health conditions and the type of treatment and medication provided in a simple, easy to understand jargon-free way.
All information is supported by clips from local specialist clinicians and leaflets provided at appointments are also available via this application.
