Our latest version brings sports data to you, helping you set goals for your fitness and nutritional needs. We collected data from numerous popular sports in areas such as bench press, squat, and 40 yard dash times for the 25%, 50%, 75% and 90% so you know where you rank at the high school, collegiate, or even professional level for each exercise. Knowing those averages can help you set your own goals, so you can break through the starting line up, excel at the next level, or run that weekend race.

In addition to the sports data, we have added new charts to track your progress in both strength training as well as nutritional and weight loss/gain goals. Progress tracking made easy.

The other major addition to this version is the new weight loss/gain feature. Now you can type in your weight, your target weight, and the timeframe, and the app will tell you exactly how many calories you need to cut out of your diet (or add if you’re trying to gain weight) on a daily basis to reach your goal. We’ve also integrated with Apple health to track calories burned from exercise to be more accurate.

Now you have all the tools you need to get strong and achieve your fitness goals all in a single app.
