Your health can now be quickly and securely managed with the introduction of our new mobile app. You can easily locate nearby Urgent Care Centers, view your lab & pharmacy history, send secure messages and find physicians within our network. The app is intuitive and has an easy-to-use design. The app requires iOS 9.0 or later on an iPhone.

Highlights of the new mobile app are:
•Find participating providers by name, specialty, language or area.
•Find the nearest Urgent Care Center to your location. The app displays a map of the nearest center along with the address and hours of operation.
•Access your medical records, including pharmacy history and lab results:
oThe date of the test is displayed along with the name of the requesting provider and test results.
oThe date you filled your prescription, dose, and who wrote the prescription are displayed.
•Our Interdisciplinary Care Team (ICT) are ready to assist you with managing a disease, providing educational materials, or letting you know if you have any outstanding exams or procedure that need to be done. You can send a secure email to your ICT to get answers to non-urgent questions.
o Based on PCP recommendations, we can provide you Continuous health monitoring equipment like Glucometer, Blood Pressure, etc.
