Our solution offers three training options for your choice: independent training, algorithm support training or PelviCoach care training.

Muscle test
With a kGoal™ device, developed by Stanford University engineers, you can easily perform a 6-step pelvic floor muscle test followed by immediate results accessible in PelviFly® app, including muscle strength, endurance, speed and contraction control.


Intuitive training animations
With PelviFly® you train with intuitive and user-friendly animations, such as basketball, rocket flight, lighting of lights on a skyscraper, with intensity that corresponds and is adjusted to your tests results.

Progress path

PelviFly® gives you progress track of your motor skills learning - 36 tasks to be carried out, step by step for several months.


PelviCoach guides you
We cooperate with a number of certified and PelviFly® trained physiotherapists all over the world - PelviCoaches.
You can choose your personal PelviCoach, a medical expert you choose from our database, who assists you remotely and provides you with knowledge, adjusts the training plan to your needs and evaluates the results. You get your tailor made plan and train wherever and whenever you want.
