The Pilates By Kerstin method is designed for longevity, meaning it will teach you how to have a fitness routine that lasts a lifetime and makes you love working out. This program will transform your body with low-impact workouts you look forward to, and create a healthy relationship with exercise, food, and your body. With Kerstin’s method, you will be stronger within 4 weeks, will have longer leaner muscles within 8 weeks, and see an overall change in your body within 12 weeks. 

The workouts - Pilates by Kerstin workouts combine the classical style of pilates with Kerstin’s own signature movements, designed to give you a well-rounded workout every time. Her low-impact, at-home workouts incorporate intentional & controlled movements for a strong, toned, and sculpted body. Start with her 30-Day Signature Program and begin to develop a balanced movement routine that can last you a lifetime. 

Nutrition - Kerstin believes in creating a healthy relationship with food and your body. Pilates By Kerstin offers healthy recipes that encourage mindful, intuitive eating. You will not feel deprived or restricted from your favorite foods, but will have healthy options to choose from that are easy to make at home, and will seamlessly blend into your routine. 

Stretch + Restore - Pilates By Kerstin includes yoga routines, stretch videos, and calming sound bowl meditations to enjoy pre/post workout or on your days off.


To access all features and content you can subscribe to Pilates by Kerstin on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

* All payments will be paid through your iTunes Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. Cancellations are incurred by disabling auto-renewal.
