Elbows (or rod) is a popular sport in recent years, the core muscles for exercise and fitness is very helpful.

This App use music way to remind your posture is correct. When it is in the correct position, you hear the music (you can choose your own favorite songs in your phone), when there is no music, it means wrong position, you can adjust a little, until the music come back again, it means that you back to the correct position.

Usage as follows:
1. Place the phone in the back of the man
2. The man do elbows, correct posture then press the button to mark
3. The man continue to do the elbows, keep the play of the music (The second step can be set only once, or can be set every time)

Most importantly, while listening to music can make it easier to do the elbows.
