By completing the activities, not only do you benefit but the corresponding petal gets bigger (like a wellbeing ‘Tamagotchi’). So you and your flower grow together.

Powerflower is an ORCHA approved ‘Trusted Health App’ (required by the NHS – the UK National Health Service).

Powerflower draws from behavioural therapy, wellbeing hacks and mindfulness strategies, good practices new and old.

Powerflower allows you to schedule your favourite activities so they become a regular part of your wellness routine.
