CLASS OF THE DAY
We select the classes for you based on the Practice with Clara Program, so you don’t have to spend time choosing a class. Every day we provides two yoga classes to choose from based on the Practice With Clara Program.
Explore Vinyasa/Lila Flow, Slow Flow, Hatha Restorative/Yin, Meditation, and Mantra courses throughout the seven-day program. The calendar of classes was created to balance the targeted muscles in the yoga classes for you to feel strong and at ease in your body and mind.

DOWNLOAD CLASSES AND CREATE PLAYLISTS
Stream ad-free videos and download them to practice offline. Make your yoga playlists and create a favorites playlist on the website.
YOGA ALLIANCE CE CREDITS FOR YOGA TEACHERS
Yoga Alliance-approved content allows yoga teachers to earn CE (Continuing Education) credits. Yoga teachers can advance their practice and understanding of vinyasa yoga sequencing, yoga anatomy and alignment, the rich history and philosophy of yoga, the mythology of the Hindu Pantheon, and ways to build and break down peak yoga postures.
UNIQUELY THEMED CONTENT BASED ON YOUR MOOD: Curated playlists such as Morning Series, Evening Wind Down, Low Back Pain, Yoga for Sports and Mobility, Get Strong, Yoga for Stress and Anxiety, Yoga for Headaches, Yoga for Menopause, Yoga for Menstruation, and Yoga for After Travel.
CLASSES FOR THE PREGNANT GODDESS: The Prenatal Yoga Collection features Trimesters 1-4 that Clara filmed while pregnant.
VIRTUAL RETREATS & WELLNESS SUMMITS
