Here you can get a clear and detailed overview as you quickly switch between day, week and month view. You can see and manage your appointments and events in one convenient place.

Always know what’s coming up with daily summary notifications at the start of your day. Notification can be set for a single event or recurring appointments. You have the ability to add notes to everything.

Tick off all of your personal and health related tasks with customised colour coordinated lists. You will always know what’s steps are to be completed for the day when you select the Home icon and see My Day.

Everyone has different needs and schedules. You can set up recurring steps to achieve your goals. You can set them to run daily, weekly or monthly. You can customise and colour coordinate your list.

Enter and securely store the contact information and your relationship with everyone involved in your recovery journey. Health professionals, family and friends are all easily stored and retrieved.

Use the app to quickly save and find the information of the many Health professionals you meet on your journey – Psychiatrists, Physiotherapists, Speech Therapists, Doctors, Carers and more.
