You can also access Self-Paced Psychological Programs that take you step by step through Preventative Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or a Sensate Focussed Therapy for common sex difficulties.

They are lead and explained by a Registered Clinical Psychologist in various formats; text, audio and video. You can set and track goals, monitor progress and celebrate your efforts via social media postings.
