PulseCourier reads your Health data and does two things with it. It scores how your body is doing today, and it turns the raw numbers into a clean file you can hand to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or your own scripts. Everything runs on the phone. Nothing is uploaded.
DAILY SCORES
Open the app to see today's Readiness, Recovery, Sleep, and Strain, each as a single number with a plain read on what it means. Recovery weighs your overnight heart rate, HRV, and sleep. Strain tracks how much cardiovascular work you have put in, with a suggested target range for the day. Tap any score to see the exact formula, the inputs behind it, and a five-day trend. No subscription and no extra band on your wrist. It works from the Apple Watch data you already have.
ASK AI ABOUT YOUR HEALTH
A library of ready-made prompts across sleep, workouts, activity, heart, and general wellness. Pick a question like "what is hurting my sleep?" and tap once. PulseCourier gathers exactly the right metrics and date range, writes a ready-to-use prompt, and bundles it with your data into one file. Open ChatGPT or Claude, attach, send.
EXPORT EVERYTHING
Steps, distance, active energy, exercise and stand minutes, heart rate, resting heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, VO2 max, body measurements, sleep stages (in bed, core, deep, REM, awake), and every workout with duration, distance, calories, route, and per-workout heart rate. Pick today, last week, last month, or any custom range. Or switch to Select Sessions and choose specific workouts and sleep nights one by one.
THREE FORMATS
NDJSON for AI tools and scripts. CSV for spreadsheets. Markdown for a human-readable summary with tables for activity, heart, sleep, and workouts. A compact mode keeps the file small for long ranges by aggregating per hour instead of per sample.
PRIVACY
No accounts. No servers. No tracking. PulseCourier has zero networking code. Your health data only leaves your iPhone when you share a file through the system share sheet. Health permissions are read-only.
WHAT IT'S NOT
PulseCourier is not a background syncer, a social feed, or a subscription. The scores are for information, not medical advice. If you want automated daily uploads to a cloud, you want a different tool. If you want to understand your health and put it in front of an AI in seconds, this is it.
