Rate Guard is an Apple Watch workout app built around one thing: keeping your heart rate in the right zone without constantly checking your wrist.
Start a workout, set your target heart-rate range, and Rate Guard monitors your heart rate live with full-screen color feedback and haptic alerts when you drift too high or too low.
The current BPM is always front and center with large, glanceable visuals designed for movement, sweat, sunlight, and quick checks during real workouts.
