Our subscription service provides high-quality mental healthcare to anyone, anywhere, anytime. Rayna Health is transforming the way university students access mental health services.

The app’s integration with wearable devices (Apple Watch, Google Fit, Fitbit) helps users integrate health information into the Rayna app and share it with their therapist for better analysis.

HOW DOES RAYNA WORK?
Create a profile and immediately schedule an appointment for an audio/video call, or open a chat session with a therapist anywhere, at any time. Have a mental health question? Easily send it to a therapist, and be on your way to a better mental health journey.
We have also partnered with universities across North America to bring Rayna directly to college students on campus, at-home, wherever works for them.

IS RAYNA EFFECTIVE?
Teletherapy has been shown to be as effective as face-to-face therapy. In a pilot run, Rayna has effectively helped individuals find a therapist on their own time, continue care, and receive treatment through talk, text and video.

WHO ARE THE RAYNA THERAPISTS?
The Rayna provider network has licensed therapists across the U.S. and Canada who have been vetted. They have experience treating the most common mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, substance use, stress, relationships, PTSD, and more.
