Redge Fit began in 2012 with a small group of Toronto fitness lovers who simply wanted to make life better for themselves, and for anyone trying to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.

Over the years, that small idea grew into a global community. We’ve been honored with awards for our design and performance, but what matters most to us isn’t the recognition, it’s the stories of people whose lives have changed through movement.

At our core, we believe fitness shouldn’t be complicated. It shouldn’t require expensive machines or crowded gyms. It should be simple, supportive, and accessible. Something that fits into your life, not the other way around.

That’s why we build minimalist, durable, high-impact gear that empowers anyone, from absolute beginners to seasoned athletes, to train the way they want, wherever they are. No pressure. No judgment. Just progress, one day at a time.

We’ve also integrated with health apps to help you track your steps, understand your habits, and celebrate your growth. Because every step, no matter how small, matters.
