Studio class: Get straight into a class and choose one of our signature Studio classes, such as: short HIIT or Yoga Espresso 10min classes; Yoga Back to Basic beginner class; Calm the Flow Down restorative class; Get Up & Glow Fit vinyasa flow class; Cardio, Core and More; AAA Ass Arms & Abs; Full Body Sculpt
Bespoke class: If you want to be more chilled, focused on certain areas or test yourself to the max then why not "Build your own class" and choose class length, intensity and focus areas
360 view with a portrait or landscape zoom: view poses from different angles for the optimal technique masterclass every time you exercise
Audio-led classes with synchronised music: Expertly curated audio to take you through every pose, sequence and move whilst moving to ALFI's tunes.
Donate to Charity or Gift to Friends: The more you exercise the more ALFI tokens you can collect and convert into classes for yourself or friends or even donate to Charity

Pose library: browse the collection of yoga movements used in the class to learn the significance and benefits of each technique
Call to exercise: Never miss a class again and ask ALFI to add a reminder to your calendar
Music: If you prefer your own vibes you can easily access your own music and Spotify or even have no music
Mirroring: Want to see ALFI on the big screen, just switch on the mirroring function
